Am I Obligated to Come to Treatment if I Call?
No- we will never force you into treatment. When you call the Treatment Helpline our admissions advisors will work with you to determine the best action of care for yourself or your loved one. Whether you choose to come to one of our sponsored facilities for treatment or you choose another source of care is completely up to you.
We are here to provide you with the necessary information and advice that will lead to recovery. When you call, our admissions advisor will ask you a series of questions related to your individual situation such as: what substance are you, or your loved one struggling with? How long has addiction been a problem? And do you have insurance coverage to help you pay for treatment?
Many of our admissions organizers have been through addiction, and treatment just like you. They understand the treatment process and have first-hand experience in what you’re dealing with. They know addiction, they know withdrawal and they know that recovery is possible—with the right help.
We fully believe that it takes extensive support and encouragement to get sober, but we know you can get through this difficult time in your life. You might be surprised at how much you have in common with the admissions coordinator who answers your call—we’ve been in your shoes, and we want you to walk a day (or many years) in our new shoes-the shoes of a recovering individual living life substance free.
